Most standard wash & fold or dry cleaning orders are ready within 24–48 hours. Express orders can be ready in as little as 3–6 hours.
Not necessarily — many customers arrange a safe handoff point or leave laundry with reception/security. We'll always confirm arrangements with you in advance.
Delicate fabrics are sorted separately and treated according to their care label. Let us know about any special instructions when you book.
We currently serve select neighborhoods — message us your address on WhatsApp and we'll confirm right away whether you're within our delivery area.
We accept bank transfer, card payment, and cash on delivery. Payment details are shared when your order is confirmed.
